1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Certain items such as final sale products, gift cards, and personalized/customized items are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@thecollectiveedit.com before sending it back.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at support@thecollectiveedit.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
